Hailing from a remote, biodynamically farmed vineyard in the \u2018Vasilikochorafa\u2019 area of Kontakeika, at an altitude of 650 meters, this is an orange wine with an intense aromatic profile. Expressive, mineral, earthy, and rustic, it carries distinct saline notes and an impressively long-lasting finish. Fermented with whole berries in amphora, it matured in egg-shaped vessels for 12 months and was further aged in oak barrels for 6 months. It was bottled unfiltered and unfined, with no added sulfites.<\/p><\/div>
