Sourced from organically farmed vineyards at an altitude of 1,100 meters atop Mount Karvounis, overlooking the villages of Vourliotes, Ampelos, and Pandrosos in the \u2018Xepagiasmeno\u2019 site. This is a high-acid wine\u2014direct and quintessential\u2014remarkably dry with a full-bodied mouthfeel. It features fruity aromas, hints of yeast and herbs, and a long finish.
