萨摩斯酒庄负责收集、酿造和销售岛上几乎所有的葡萄酒。酒庄不断进行现代化改造，投资于技术和专业知识，并将它们与传统的葡萄栽培和酿酒工艺完美融合，同时还获得了ISO和HACCP认证。.
Διαθέτει επίσης πιστοποίηση για την παραγωγή βιολογικών κρασιών από τον Οργανισμό Ελέγχου και Πιστοποίησης Βιολογικών Προϊόντων ΔΗΩ.
萨摩斯麝香葡萄酒享誉全球，其名称与产地紧密相连，如同国际上最优质的葡萄酒品种一样。正因如此，萨摩斯葡萄酒拥有欧洲历史最悠久的注册原产地名称保护认证（PDO）之一，并且只能以«萨摩斯»之名在国际市场上销售。.

Βραβεύσεις από το 1936!
Τα γλυκά κρασιά του ΕΟΣ Σάμου είναι τα πρώτα Ελληνικά κρασιά που χαρακτηρίστηκαν ΟΠΕ και δικαιούνται να κυκλοφορούν αναγράφοντας μόνο την ένδειξη «Σάμος».
Από το 1936 ως και σήμερα έχουν τιμηθεί με εκατοντάδες μετάλλια διεθνών εκθέσεων ενώ κατ’ έτος προστίθενται διαρκώς νέες διακρίσεις σε εθνικό και διεθνές επίπεδο.
