The Samos National Tourism Organization decides on the reporting and complaints policy according to:
1st The EU directive/2019/1937
2nd The provisions of Law 4990/2022
appoints, by decision of the Cooperative's management, the employee and head of the human resources department, Mr. Emmanuel Koumas, as the Head of Receiving and Monitoring Reports (H.P.P.A.).
The person responsible will act for the correct and lawful implementation of the above legal directives and laws, for the protection of persons who report violations, with the guidance and supervision of the Cooperative's legal advisor.
