Ancaeus
Description
A dry red wine, from the mountainous and semi-mountainous slopes of the Samian vineyards, featuring a characteristic deep crimson color with violet highlights. Red forest fruits initially dominate the nose. Its balanced acidity makes it pleasant and effortless to drink. On the palate, it reveals a freshness followed by subtle peppery notes, while the complexity culminates as it glides over the palate. The pronounced tannins and spicy elements in the aftertaste create a fleshy character, resulting in a robust wine that heightens the rebellion of the senses.
