A great distinction for the Samian vineyard comes to confirm the unparalleled quality and timeless value of the Muscat of Samos. The wonderful dry white from very old indigenous vineyards of Samos, the «"Primeval Lands" (harvest 2023) of the Unified Winemaking Agricultural Cooperative was included in the list of 50 Best Wines of the Year, according to an assessment by the reputable Wine Trails.

This honorary inclusion was published in the 2026 annual collector's edition, which is dedicated to top wine choices which stood out for their character, complexity and authenticity.

The power of the Samian land and ancestral cultivation

"Primeval Territories 2023" is not just a wine; it is the condensed history of the mountainous vineyards of Samos and the ancestral cultivation by people with passion and appetite for creating products of high demands and quality.

Origin: From selected very old vineyards at high altitude, where the Moscato of Samos expresses its finest and "mineral" side.

Profile: A wine with crystal-clear acidity, explosive aromas of white flowers and fruits, and a lingering aftertaste, reminiscent of the cool breeze of the Aegean. Complex floral nose, with aromas of jasmine and evening primroses taking the lead. In the mouth, its discreet acidity offers special freshness and perfectly balances its intense fruity aromas.
