Subject of the competition: The selection of the Executive Agency for the implementation of the project with the acronym "TreasuresAcrossSeas" – 101251057 in the framework of Regulation (EU) 1144/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1831, Commission Delegated Regulation (EC) 2015/1829, Commission Delegated Regulation (EC) 2025/70, Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1700, Joint Ministerial Decision No. 419/18559/17.02.2025 (B' 855) of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs - Rural Development and Food as amended by No. 28813/05.02.2026 (Government Gazette B'545) Decision and circular with no. prot. 202067/24-7-2025 on the selection of subcontractors (AD: 9ΩΩ14653ΠΓ-ΥΕ3)
- Project budget:€2,285,631.60 excluding VAT
- Place of service provision: At the Contractor's headquarters and in Japan and South Korea.
- Right to participate: Natural or Legal Persons or Associations/Consortiums thereof that provide services related to promotional, advertising and marketing services and/or consulting services and operate legally in Greece or in another EU or European Economic Area (EEA) Member State or in Third Countries that have signed the World Trade Organization's Government Procurement Agreement (Law 513/1997)
5.The offers must concern the entire project, in accordance with the terms described in the tender document.
- Alternative offers are not accepted.
- Duration of the Contract: 36 months
- a)The tender document is available to interested parties from the offices of the Contracting Authority, Malagari, PC 83100, Samos, Samos, tel. 22730 87510 or electronically upon request at info@samoswine.gr. Contact Person: Ioannis Skoutas, legal representative, President and member of the Board of Directors (tel: 22730 -87510) (from 09:00 to 14:00) up to five (5) days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
b) Bids must be submitted either in person, or by registered mail or courier by Friday, October 23, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the headquarters of the Contracting Authority.
- Date, time and place of opening of bids: Friday, October 23, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at the headquarters of the Contracting Authority. .
- Offer validity: Six (6) months from the date of the competition.
- Evaluation and award criteria: The most economically advantageous offer (best price/quality ratio).
- Language of the competition and submission of bids: Greek.
- The Contracting Authority reserves the right to interrupt the procedure at any point until the award, without this giving rise to any rights to the participants.
