Psiles Korfes
Description
The Psiles Korfes is the flagship of the Cooperative’s dry wine collection. It is a wine of refined character, where the fruity and floral aromas of the Muscat grape are expressed with great elegance. In the glass, it displays a pale yellow hue, while the nose is flooded with enchanting aromas of rose petals, apricot, and lemon zest. On the palate, it is delicate and light, with a subtle hint of sweetness that is immediately appealing. The signature Muscat character is elegantly balanced by a refreshing acidity and a satisfying finish. The grapes are sourced exclusively from the island’s finest high-altitude vineyards, grown on ancient hand-built stone terraces at elevations reaching up to 1,000 meters.
