Ancaeus
Description
A dry red wine, from the mountainous-semi-mountainous slopes of the Samian vineyard with a characteristic purple color and red-violet highlights. The red fruits of the forest initially dominate the nose. Its balanced acidity makes it pleasant without tiring. In the mouth it displays freshness, which is gradually succeeded by discreet peppery notes, while the complexity culminates in the "slip" from the palate. The evident tannins and the spicy elements in the aftertaste, compose a fleshy character with a consequential robust wine that enhances the rebellion of the senses.
