Samos Grand Cru

Description

A classic Vin Doux Naturel produced from the White Muscat variety. It is crafted from perfectly ripened grapes sourced from selected semi-mountainous terraced vineyards. Yields are strictly limited to 530 kg per stremma. The Grand Cru is distinguished by its brilliant golden color, reminiscent of topaz, and its aromatic richness. Its bouquet masterfully combines the essence of the fresh grape with notes of honey, honeycomb, and candied exotic fruits.

It pairs beautifully with light fruit-based desserts, yet it is also ideal for experimenting with savory dishes featuring heavy cream, béchamel, and aged yellow cheeses. When served alongside rotisserie chicken, this wine is a true revelation.
