Natural Wine "The Hermit"
Description
Hailing from a remote, biodynamically farmed vineyard in the ‘Vasilikochorafa’ area of Kontakeiika, at an altitude of 650 meters, this is an orange wine with an intense aromatic profile. Expressive, mineral, earthy, and rustic, it carries distinct saline notes and an impressively long-lasting finish. Fermented with whole berries in amphorae, it matured in egg-shaped tanks for 12 months and was further aged in oak barrels for 6 months. It was bottled unfiltered and unfined, with no added sulfites.
