According to its statute, the Unified Winemaking Agricultural Cooperative of Samos is an autonomous association of persons, which is formed voluntarily and seeks, through the mutual assistance and solidarity of its members, the collective, economic, social, cultural development and their promotion, through a jointly owned and democratically managed enterprise. It is a self-help organization and is governed by international cooperative principles and values.

The members of the cooperative are 1410 natural persons-vinegrowers. The General Assembly is the supreme body of the Cooperative and is composed of all members. The elected bodies of the Cooperative are the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board, which are elected directly by the General Assembly, as well as the representatives of the Cooperative in the legal entities in which it participates.
